Report a conversion problem

Include your browser, a few lines of non-sensitive LRC, the offset and shift settings, and what you expected to see. Remove private information and do not send material you are not allowed to share.

Files selected in the converter are not automatically sent with an email. Only include an example if you choose to. This is an independent tool; there is no guaranteed support response time.

A useful, minimal bug report

Start with two or three timed lines that reproduce the problem. State whether you pasted text or opened a file, and copy the exact error message if one appeared. Explain whether the preview was wrong, the download failed, or a particular video editor interpreted the downloaded file differently. These are different problems, and identifying the step helps the maintainer investigate without requesting your complete project.

If you report a timing issue, include the last-line duration, shift value, and whether the offset checkbox was enabled. Describe one expected start and end time. Original demonstration text is sufficient; you do not need to email a copyrighted song, a private recording, or an entire subtitle collection.

Questions and feature suggestions

You can also suggest a supported format or a clearer explanation in the guide. Describe the task you are trying to finish and the format required by your destination editor. Sending a suggestion does not create a delivery commitment or a support contract. Keep a local copy of your input while a question is being investigated.
